Following the closure of each advert, and to assist you in identifying potential properties and areas we list by week previously advertised properties. This shows the earliest effective registration date against each property and is intended as a guide to your future applications with this scheme.

The Homeseeker System will rank people by their effective date of registration. In the case of Gold 1 and Gold 2 priorities, there is a further step in which account is taken to when that priority was awarded, this ensures we consider applicants with the longest priority date first.

The short listing of applicants does not guarantee an allocation. Each housing provider will consider the shortlist in line with its own policies and procedures and will make the necessary offers.Sometimes there is a delay in letting properties for a number of reasons, we are recording each property and their eventual letting date for audit purposes
