THE HOMESEEKER RE-REGISTRATION PROCESS HAS NOW BEEN COMPLETED AND CLOSED ON 7 JULY 2010.

APPLICANTS WHO HAVE FAILED TO RETURN THEIR RE-REGISTRATION DOCUMENTATION WILL SHORTLY RECEIVE A LETTER CONFIRMING THEIR PREVIOUS APPLICATION IS CANCELLED.

IF YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED YOU MAY REAPPLY TO JOIN HOMESEEKER AT ANY TIME. 

WE WILL SHORTLY BE WRITING TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE NOT RETURNED THEIR DOCUMENTATION INFORMING THAT THEIR PREVIOUS APPLICATION IS CANCELLED.

WE WILL BE CONTACTING THOSE APPLICANTS WITH GOLD BAND 1 & GOLD BAND 2 SEPERATELY WHO HAVE NOT RETURNED THEIR REGISTRATION FORMS

Welcome to Torfaen Homeseeker, your site to access affordable rented housing and shared ownership properties for sale across the Torfaen area.

Homeseeker is a partnership between Torfaen Council and housing partners that include Bron Afon Community Housing, Melin Homes, Charter Housing Association, Hafod Housing Association and Linc Cymru.

The purpose of Homeseeker is to give you choice when applying for housing with our partners. Properties for rent will be advertised on a weekly basis and shared ownership properties advertised as and when available.

Once your application has been accepted, you must tell us what properties you wish to apply for. This is known as 'bidding' and you can bid for up to 4 properties during each advert. To apply you will need your registration number and the primary applicants date of birth. Applying is easy, you may
